As the General Project Manager I was responsible for developing and implementing of a strategic business plan, analyzing market potential, budgeting marketing plans (ATL ,BTL, digital, mobile), media buying, maintaining relationships with artists & celebrities, partners and agencies, performing day-to-day activities and cooperating with offices in Los Angeles, Helsinki, Tokyo.
Value of marketing campaigns – 10 million euros vs. real cost of 50 thousand euros. ROI – 47%.
