Main goal of Poland Why Not project was to pave the way to create Poland’s 1st truly globally recognized star – combining the right song, image, production quality and highly creative marketing campaign, while promoting Poland and its culture and values.

As the General Project Manager I was responsible for  developing and implementing of a strategic business plan,  analyzing market potential, budgeting marketing plans (ATL ,BTL, digital, mobile), media buying, maintaining relationships with artists & celebrities, partners and agencies, performing day-to-day activities and cooperating with offices in Los Angeles, Helsinki, Tokyo. 

Value of marketing campaigns – 10 million euros vs. real cost of 50 thousand euros.  ROI – 47%.
